cPanel Login from the Customer Centre

To login to cPanel directly from the Customer Centre do the following:
  1. Login to your Customer Centre account
  2. Go to Services >> My Services
  3. Identify the account you want to reset
  4. Click on View Details button next to the account (NOT the arrow next to the button). 
  5. Under the Information tab, click on the Login to cPanel button
You may also login to webmail directly from your Customer Centre account. To do so follow steps 1 - 4 above. And click on Login to Webmail button under the Information tab.
